  1. In a large skillet, cook the Italian sausage and onion over medium heat.
  2. Add zucchini and cherry tomatoes. Cover for 5 min or until ingredients begin to bubble. Mash down tomatoes to release the juices.
  3. Stir in the Artichokes and reduce heat.
  4. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1 1/2 cups of pasta waster, add to ingredients.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and simmer for 15 min.
  6. Garnish with feta and fresh herbs and serve.
