"I love this because it's so simple yet so delicious! It is very filling. I usually serve it to my family with bread but you can go without if wanted! It is very rich in flavor, the outside has that crunch while the inside is soft and just tastes great!"

  1. 1. Clean the bell peppers, cut off the top. Take out the seads as well.
  2. 2. Cut the potatos into small squares (hash), mix the salt and pepper with it as well as the oil.
  3. 3. Fill the peppers with the potatos and put into oven.
  4. 4. Spray the pan with cooking oil. Align the peppers to your favor.
  5. 5. If you want extra potatos to spread on the outside of the peppers you may do so.
  6. 6. Set the oven to 350 and let it raost.
