Best Ever Meatloaf

"This is my own meatloaf recipe. It is so flavourful and delicous, and comes out very tender. For the crackers, I prefer to use a spicy cracker (like jalopeno chedder cornbread crackers), and I turn them into 'bread crumbs'. Enjoy!"

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place crackers in a blender or magic bullet and pulsate until the consistency of bread crumbs.
  3. In a large bowl add all ingreadients, including crackers. Mix together with hands. Shape mixture into loaf form and place in a pyrex dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes uncovered. Squeeze ketchup on top of loaf, and top with canned tomatoes. Bake uncovered for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
