  1. Clean all the vegetables thoroughly, even better if you disinfect, since it is a raw salsa.
  2. Cut the pepper in half and take the seeds off.
  3. Cut the tomatillos in eights.
  4. Chop the garlic and all the cilantro leaves.
  5. Put it all in the blender with a little water and blend until a nice consistency, slightly chunky. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
