Use an apple wedger (or a knife) to cut your apple into 5-6 large pieces. Place the apple in a small saucepan and drizzle honey over it. Cover the saucepan and cook the apple on medium until you can easily cut through it with the edge of a spoon. Mash the apple into bite-sized pieces, then remove from pan and put in a bowl. Sprinkle flax seed meal, oat bran, and nuts on top of apple.
