Nancy's Chicken Marinade

"This marinade is always a big hit. I recommend grilling the chicken if you can, but pan sauteing works fine too. You can put the chicken with this marinade in a bag in the freezer, and when you defrost it, your chicken is ready to cook. Cut the recipe in half if you're only marinating one package of chicken."

  1. Put all ingredients except chicken in the blender, and blend for 30 seconds or so, until mixed thoroughly. Pour into ziploc bag and add chicken pieces. Marinate in the refrigerate for up to a couple of days, then cook on the grill for great taste. Can also saute in a pan.
