  1. Pour 3/4 C lukewarm water into small bowl and stir in salt. Slowly add the water to the flour and mix well.
  2. Transfer to a flat surface and knead for 10 minutes until dough is firm and consistent.
  3. Let rest for 20 minutes in a bowl covered with a dampened paper towel.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 balls and roll out to circles or oblong shape. Flatter is better.
  5. Cook in a non stick pan until bubbles form then turn over, about a minute on each side.
  6. Brush with butter and cover.
