  1. On medium heat in a large pot, add the extra virgin olive oil and sautee the chopped onions.
  2. Add the string beans, tomato, tomato sauce, water (enough to cover the string beans), potatos, salt, pepper, cloves and cinnamon. You can adjust the spices according to your taste.
  3. Stir the contents of the pot.
  4. Cover pot and increase the heat to high.
  5. Make sure to stir frequently, ready in about an hour.
