Over medium high heat add 1 Tbs olive oil. Once heated add package of cabbage. Sautee cabbage 5 minutes and stir frequently. Add seasoned salt and pepper, can be adjusted to taste, sautee another 2 minutes. Add condensed milk, chicken bullion, bay leaves, and red pepper flakes, bring to a boil then reduce heat to med low and simmer for 10-15 minutes depending on how you like your cabbage! Then serve and enjoy!
