  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over low to medium heat. Add garlic and simmer until fragrant. Add frozen vegetables and cook until hot. Add hot, cooked brown rice, then stir in remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat (stirring every 3-4 minutes) for 10-15 minutes or until hot. Serves 4.
