  1. Preheat Pot (Stainless Steel) to medium heat, add Ghee, heat until ghee are melted, add Wheat Cracked, stir around until Wheat Cracked are little brown. Add Sugar, Cardamoms, Stir around for about 1 minute, add Water. At this time turn your heat to low. Stir occasionally, let it cook for about half an hour or just until is little thick. The texture should be little running but not too runny.
