  1. Apple filling -
  2. In pan, melt butter, stir in apples, cinnomin, sugar, vanilla and salt. cover and cook until tender.
  3. Biscuts -
  4. Flaten out biscuts on counter top. Place a teaspoon of apple filling onto dough. fold over and pinch together to form a pocket.
  5. Fry pockets in hot oil until golden brown. drain on paper towels.
