  1. Place romaine lettuce into a large salad bowl or individual salad plates.
  2. Top with tomatoes, onions, garbanzo beans, artichokes, olives, pecans and blue cheese.
  3. Top with Italian dressing and toss to coat.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
