  1. Microwave the spaghetti squash/cauliflower in microwave until tender (5-10 minutes)
  2. Shred/Mash cooked vegetable into a mixing bowl
  3. Add in onion, yogurt, soup, cheese, and seasoning
  4. Adjust to taste - nothing is "raw" so you can taste before cooking.
  5. Place mixture into a baking dish, cover with additional cheese and/or paprika.
  6. Bake at 350 until bubbly - maybe 45minutes.
