  1. Brown chops in a little oil; remove from pan.
  2. Lay chops in an oblong baking dish. Top with onions.
  3. Layer potatoes over onions.
  4. Combine soup and milk; mix and pour over chops.
  5. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 for 50 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, top with cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted.
