  1. Preheat oven to 375. Begin by cutting the jalapeños in half and laying them out on a baking sheet. Scoop out jalapeno seeds and insides, and place into a medium mixing bowl. If you don't like the heat, just discard the innards and seeds. Mix together all gradients (except pork skins)throughly into seed bowl, until a paste is formed, & fill each jalapeño half with the mixture. Sprinkle on the pork skins on top of each popper. Dash with paprika. Cook in oven until cheese is bubbling and top slightly brown. Indulge guiltlessly! Dip in ranch dressing!
