  1. Spoon applesauce into a glass. Add apple juice to the glass until the mixture is smooth at the desired consistency. Set aside.
  2. Place thawed whipped cream in a bowl. Add in cinnamon,nutmeg,and cloves. Mix the ingredients together well, by hand or using an electric mixer. The mixture should be smooth and like a thick liquid.
  3. Pour the cream onto the applesauce. There should be two distinct layers. Garnish with small, thin apple pieces if desired.
