"This marinade works well with beef, chicken, pork, and portobello mushrooms. I like to use sirloin tips or a flank steak sliced on the bias and cooked medium rare."

  1. Heat water and brew tea for 3 minutes, strain, add brown sugar to melt it and allow to cool while you prepare other ingredients.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a tight closing jar and shake well. Pour over meat.
  3. Marinate for 4 hours turning at least once.
  4. Grill on medium heat until done to your preference.
