  1. Brown the sausage and hamburger together; drain.
  2. Drain only 1 of the cans of Rotel, then stir in both cans of Rotel, Cream of Mushroom Soup, and garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Cut up Velveeta into cubes.
  4. Reduce heat to low, and throw in the Velveeta cubes a bit at a time until completely melted.
  5. Serve with corn chips
