  1. In a bowl, combine dijon and marmalade and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Brown chicken until 2/3 done.
  3. Spread mustard/marmalade mixture over chicken. Add blueberries to pan. Cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken and keep warm.
  4. Add vinegar to pan. Turn heat to high and reduce by 1/3. Pour sauce over chicken.
