  1. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Juice the limes. Add the juice to the egg whites and whisk lightly.
  3. Beat this mixture on high until all you can see is a white foam the whole way through the mixture. Now continue to beat for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add the cream of tartar and beat until incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the sugar while still beating on high.
  6. Add the corn flour and beat for 3 more minutes.
  7. Transfer this to a small pot or large oven-safe bowl.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the top turns a golden brown. Serve with a light dish instead of whipped cream. Enjoy!
