  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Separate the 3 eggs.
  3. Next, put 3 tablespoons of sugar into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add 1 cup of heavy cream.
  5. Stir with a whisk. You're not whipping, just stirring. Next, microwave it to dissolve the sugar.
  6. Stir in the eggs and whisk it well. Add a 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla.
  7. After it's well whisked, pour it into ramekins. Put the ramekins into a roasting pan.
  8. Pour in enough hot water to come up halfway on the bowls. It doesn't have to be boiling, just hot.
  9. Bake @ 350F for 50 minutes. They should still be jiggly in the center when you pull them out. than cool it in fridge.
  10. Sprinkle on some sugar.
  11. Torch it.
