  1. Preheat oven to 325 deg.
  2. Mix the first 3 ingredients and press firmly into pie pan.
  3. Beat egg yolks, milk, lime juice, and tiny drop of green food coloring. Mix well and pour into pin crust and bake for 30 min. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then place into fridge to cool. Before serving apply whipped cream any way you would like and garnish with the lime zest if you desire.
