  1. chop up cabbage and hot dogs and scatter over the bottom of a large greased casserole pan.
  2. brown hash browns in oven.
  3. Mix chili, gravy, ketchup and mashed banana in bowl.( Dont worry, the banana isnt for flavor, it gives the dish a creamy richness)
  4. Add hash browns evenly
  5. Add brown sugar and can of oranges
  6. Spread evenly over cabbage, hash browns and hot dogs.
  7. Cover entire casserole with marsmallows
  8. Cover marsmallows with bud light. This creates a light airy top crust, like with sweet potaters, but not as sweet. It really adds a richness and depth.
  9. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Add sprinkles and Let stand for 10 mins before serving
  10. Enjoy!

I used real swamp cabbage. I don't like to lie to my guests. The sprinkles ruined this for me. I much prefer the traditional gumballs and diced mackerel.
