  • Cook

  1. Place mushrooms, broth, tomato paste, optional wine and sage in slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken thighs and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
  3. Remove chicken and add thyme to pot.
  4. Mix cornstarch with 1/2 cup cooking liquid and stir into sauce in pot.
  5. Cook on high for 15 minutes until thickened.
  6. Add chicken to pot and reheat for a few minutes.
