  1. Preheat oven to temperature on biscuit package.
  2. Brown hamburger meat, pour off any fat, add taco seasoning and follow instructions on package.
  3. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray. Open biscuits and flatten each one into about 1/4 inch thickness and press into muffin pan making a bowl with the biscuit in each one.
  4. Spoon equal amounts of seasoned meat into each bowl and then sprinkle with shredded cheese. (put water in unused holes to prevent ruining pan)
  5. Bake 11-12 minutes or until biscuit is golden brown around edges.
  6. Top with salsa and enjoy!
