  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 X 12 inch casserole dish with vegetable spray. Add stuffing mix and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Microwave frozen onion and pepper mix until defrosted. Sprinkle over the stuffing mix.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the stuffing mix. Let stand for 5 minutes.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
