  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the garlic powder, ground mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Rub the seasoning mixture on the pork tenderloin.
  4. Bake the seasoned pork roast for 1 hour (30 minutes per pound) or until the internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
