  1. place eggs in a pot with 1-2 inches cold water covering the eggs. Add 1 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. white vinegar to the water. Bring to a boil over med. high heat. When water begins to boil, cover the pot and remove the pan from the heat. Let sit for 8-10 minutes. Drain water from pot and fill with cold water to stop cooking. Keeping the pot in the sink allow water to continue rinning into pot while you peel the eggs. Slice eggs in half, lengthwise and put the yolks into a small mixing bowl and place egg halves on a platter. Thoroughly mash yolks with fork until small and crumbly. Add remaining ingredients except the vinegar. Mix well. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly. Fill egg halves with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle ith paprika and refrigerate until ready to serve.
