Christine's Peter Lugar Meatloaf


"This meatloaf is a definate crowd pleaser. I bring it to pot luck dinners with rave reviews. My family and neighbors beg me to make it for them. I make this with mashed potatoes, corn, salad with ranch dressing and broccoli. The ultimate comfort foods."

  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into a free form loaf. Spread 1/8c of peter Lugar sauce on top of the loaf. Top with uncooked bacon to cover. Spread another 1/8c Peter Lugar on top of Bacon cook in Preheated 400* oven for between 1 - 1 1/2 hrs or untill bacon is crisp and glazed looking.
