Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil chicken breasts approximately 25 minutes to cook thoroughly. Shred chicken once cooked and set aside.
Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper and gradually add the water. Add the cubes and continue stirring. Cook until thickened.
Spread croutons in the bottom of a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Spread the cooked broccoli on top of the croutons. Add half of the sauce on top of the broccoli. Top with shredded chicken. Cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake for 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Enjoy!
