  1. Pour lime juice, condensed milk, and lime zest into blender and blend just until mixture is rich and creamy.
  2. Arrange one layer of Maria cookies to cover the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour 1/4 of the lime mixture over cookies and add another layer of cookies. Pour another 1/4 of lime mixture and repeat until there is no more cream or cookies.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. If you prefer chilled, place in freezer for 2 hours and serve.
