Pour lime juice, condensed milk, and lime zest into blender and blend just until mixture is rich and creamy.
Arrange one layer of Maria cookies to cover the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Pour 1/4 of the lime mixture over cookies and add another layer of cookies. Pour another 1/4 of lime mixture and repeat until there is no more cream or cookies.
Cover and refrigerate for 5-6 hours. If you prefer chilled, place in freezer for 2 hours and serve.
