  • Cook

  1. Place broccoli florets in a food processor and process until they are finely chopped.
  2. Do the same with the cauliflower. (process until it resembles grains of rice)
  3. grate the carrots.
  4. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  5. feel free to adjust the amount of raisins, pumpkin seeds and lemon juice.
