  1. Melt the chocolate chips either in the microwave or a saucepan.
  2. Cook the bacon until done and press between paper towels to remove remaining fat.
  3. Dip each slice of bacon into the chocolate to coat (use a fork to scrape off any excess) and place on waxed paper on a plate or baking sheet. Chill until chocolate is hardened.
