"I WAS MAKING MY OLD REGULAR COLESLAW ONE AFTERNOON, AND FOUND IT TOO BLEND FOR COMPANY. I ONLY HAD A FEW ITEMS ON HAND AT THE TIME TO TWEAK THE RECIPE AND PICKLES DID NOT SEEM APPROPRIATE. SO THIS IS WHAT I CAME UP WITH. VERY SIMPLE, BUT VERY TASTY."

  1. IN A LARGE SALAD BOWL, MIX CABBAGE, CELERY, ONIONS AND SUNFLOWER SEEDS.
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE AND SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH VINEGAR, SALT AND PEPPER AND MIX WELL. KEEP ADDING MORE MAYONNAISE, VINEGAR AND SALT & PEPPER UNTIL DESIRED CONSISTENCY AND TANGINESS IS ACHIEVED.
  3. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
  4. ADJUST DRESSING AND SEASONING TO TASTE.
