Brown beef. Add onion (and sliced mushrooms, if you are using fresh ones)and cook until tender. Add tomatoes (including the liquid), water, pasta and seasoning. Stir to moisten pasta. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 20 to 30 minutes or until pasta is tender. Add corn, canned mushrooms, and olives. Heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.
