  1. Fry onions in oil until transparent.
  2. Add garlic and chili, cook for 1 minute
  3. Add tomatoes and and thyme, mix well.
  4. Cover and let cook in the watervapor on medium-low heat for around 7-8 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add prawns, cook for 3-4 minutes or until prawns are pink.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with finely chopped cilantro
