Boil water and prepare pasta according to directions on box. In large skillet, heat olive oil and saute garlic (approximately 3 minutes). Add lemon juice, wine and chicken. Cook chicken thoroughly (approximately 5 minutes). Add tomatoes, spinach and basil. Simmer until desired tenderness. Add parmesan, salt and pepper. Serve over cooked penne and sprinkle with parmesan. Serve with breadsticks (I like New York Brand Garlic Breadsticks).
