  1. Cut the tomatillos down the middle, and place cut side down on a baking sheet. Broil for 5 minutes or until the skins are slightly charred.
  2. Place tomatillos, lime juice, cilantro, peppers, onion and sugar in a food processor, and alternate pulsing and grinding until all ingredients are mixed.
  3. Best served chilled. Enjoy!
