Baked Sweet Potato Fries

  1. •Wash sweet potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/3 inch strips
  2. •Add cornstarch to plastic bag, then add cut potatoes. Shake bag to coat strips.
  3. •Drizzle with olive oil, then use your hands to make sure the strips are evenly coated with oil.
  4. •Combine cumin, chili powder, salt, and onion powder in mixing bowl. Sprinkle over baked fries.
  5. •Arrange strips evenly on lined baking sheet so there is space between each.
  6. •Bake for 15 minutes, turning every 5 to 7 minutes.
  7. Bake at 425
