The Professor's Tangy Teriyaki Sauce

"Tangy Teriyaki sauce with a hint of citrus. Easy to make, great for marinading, grilling or putting on top of rice."

  1. In a sauce pan dissolve white sugar into Sake on medium heat.
  2. Add Soy Sauce, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil, additional White Sugar, Garlic Powder, Cayenne and Black Peppers,Ginger and Marmalade.
  3. Let simmer and stir for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Combine Cold Water with Corn Starch until full liquid.
  5. Slowly add portions of the Corn Starch mixture into the sauce, stirring continually, until desired consistency is reached. This may or may not use all of the corn starch mixture.
  6. Let cool.
