  1. In a large bowl combine flours, baking powder and salt with a wire whisk.
  2. In seperate bowl cream together butter and sugar, then beat in eggs and vanilla. Gradually stir in milk.
  3. Make a well in the center of dry ingredients, pour in liquid mixture and stir until just moistened. Gently fold in strawberries.
  4. Spoon into paper lined or greased muffin cups, filling to top.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 25-30 mins.
  6. Makes 12 muffins.
