Wash Kale in a salad spinner. use a sharp knife to remove kale from its stem and chop. Wash and chop the onion. Mix the kale, onion and raisons in a large bowl. Whisk the mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon and zest, and sugar and pour over kale mixture and mix together. chill for 2 hours or more (best if left to sit overnight). Add the sunflowers and mix in before serving.
