  2. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, orange peel, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, honey, garlic, hot pepper sauce and oregano. Blend into a marinade.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the bowl of marinade, cover dish or bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours. (If marinading for less than 8, poke chicken breasts with a fork).
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade (disposing of any leftover marinade) and bake for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
