In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, orange peel, olive oil, lime juice, ginger, honey, garlic, hot pepper sauce and oregano. Blend into a marinade.
Place chicken breasts in the bowl of marinade, cover dish or bowl and refrigerate to marinate for at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours. (If marinading for less than 8, poke chicken breasts with a fork).
Preheat oven to 350.
Remove chicken from marinade (disposing of any leftover marinade) and bake for about 40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink inside.
