  1. 1) Peel and dice sweet potato. Cook on stove top or in microwave. Mash with fork and set aside to cool.
  2. 2) Shred zucchini and yellow squash in food processor till fine.
  3. 3) Mix all ingredients well. Form 1 inch size balls and place in 9x13 baking dish.
  4. 4) Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or till centers are no longer pink.
