  1. mix flour, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add beef and mix, coating beef.
  2. In sauce pan add oil to coat bottom, put in beef and brown. Add diced onion and continue to cook until onion is softened.
  3. Add water and pickle juice to cover meat mixture, simmer on low for 30 minutes.
  4. Add diced pickles and continue to cook for 1 hour.
  5. Stew is now ready to serve. You can add a little kitchen bouquet to add some color.
