  1. Mix all ingredients together and shape into 1" balls. Brown in 2 Tbs. Butter. When cooked, remove into a casserole dish. Prepare Gravy by adding first 3 ingredients to fat in skillet. Heat until it bubbles. Stir in 2 Cups of Milk and cook until it thickens. Do not boil. Pour over meatballs - Keep warm


This has always been a family favorite. Mom always served it over buttered egg noodles...YUM. I make it as an appetizer sometimes too.
