  1. Dice and slice all vegetables
  2. Saute all until slightly soft 4-5 min over med high heat Reserve jalapenos until last minute then add
  3. Mix beef, 3/4 can of sauce, egg, bread crumbs well
  4. In a large baking dish using 1/2 of the meat mix form a layer making a pocket in the middle
  5. spread 1/2 of the cheese sauteed veggies then top with remaing cheese on top of meat
  6. then cover with remaining meat sealing the edges
  7. Of course bacon makes everything better so top with 3 slices of your favorite bacon
  8. bake at 400 for 10 minutes then at 350 for 30 minutes
  9. top with glaze and bake for 5-10 minutes until cooked through

  11. Mix all ingredients in small sauce pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until well blended
