  1. Put cream cheese, butter, and sugar into mixer bowl; mix until creamy. Mix in vanilla. Puree strawberries in a food processor; strain in a strainer, 'bouncing' the puree a little to make some of the juice come out. Reserve juice that comes out for a drink. Mix 3/4 cup (or whatever you have) puree into cream cheese mixture. Use immediately or refrigerate airtight up to 3 days; stir before using.
