  1. Combine potatoes and ham in a greased 1.6 liter casserole.
  2. Melt margarine over medium heat. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  3. Add cheese, ground mustard and lemon pepper to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts.
  4. Pour cheese sauce over ham and potatoes, stirring to mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
